LEGAL PRACTITIONER

Safiya Bulbulia is the founder of Safiya Bulbulia Attorneys. Ms Bulbulia has worked in the legal fraternity since 2003 and simultaneously studied towards a Bachelor of laws (LLB) degree, and was subsequently admitted as an attorney of the High Court. Ms Bulbulia’s extensive work experience and exposure to the legal profession over the years has resulted in her having an advantageous ability of how to build relationships with clients, and to provide appropriate, effective legal advice and services to them. Ms Bulbulia has gained extensive knowledge and experience of the administrative and secretarial procedures in a legal environment. Such knowledge and experience includes but is not limited to KYC remediation, FICA Compliance, Legal Compliance and Risk Analysis, Drafting of contracts, Wills, Administration of Deceased Estates, High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation and Labour Court litigation. Ms Bulbulia also has extensive experience in the process and procedures related to CCMA matters. In addition, Ms Bulbulia has a good understanding of the Laws, Legal Ethics, Court Procedures, Precedents and Government Regulations. Ms Bulbulia is an enthusiastic, organised, self-driven, hard-working law graduate and is fully aware of the structure, culture and procedures of the legal profession. She has extensive and diverse experiences in the legal fraternity, having worked in both large corporate and medium sized law firms, as well as sole proprietor law firms.

SCALE OF TARIFFS

Litigious Matters

Wherever prescribed or officially recommended tariffs exist for litigious services, we will charge in accordance with those tariffs.

Non-Litigious Matters

For non-litigious matters, or those matters where no applicable tariff exists, our charges will be based on the current guidelines as set out by the Legal Practice Council (LPC).

Generally, we recommend that the scale of charges which will apply should be discussed in each individual matter, in advance, to avoid any possible misunderstanding.
